Terms and Conditions

  • The person requesting the report deemed to be ‘the Client’ be responsible for payment of the account.
  • Terms and Conditions sent with Fee via email on instruction.
  • Settlement of the account is upon receipt of the invoice, unless stated otherwise.
  • The report remains the property of Gulf Valuations Ltd until the account is fully paid.
  • Debt collection fees where applicable are recoverable in addition to other charges from the Client.
  • For first time clients to the company we ask that the account is settled prior to sending the report and documents to the bank / client. Following inspection we send out an email with the agreed invoice amount for settlement – this can be done via credit card or Bank Transfer.
  • If Invoices are overdue, we do send out a reminder and interest is charged on outstanding amounts.
